Job Opportunity: US IT Recruiter (Sales)
SVS Technologies Ltd is expanding its global recruitment team and is looking for a passionate, result-oriented US IT Recruiter (Sales) to join our office in Hyderabad. This role is critical to our growth strategy in the US market, focusing on the placement of IT consultants across various tax terms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US IT staffing and a proven track record of successful placements.
Core Responsibilities
- Market US IT consultants (W2, C2C, 1099) to prime vendors and direct clients across the United States.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including daily submissions and successful closures.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between consultants and clients/vendors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with vendor networks and prime vendors.
- Proactively follow up with vendors and consultants to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements in the company database.
- Stay updated on US IT market trends and talent demands.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in US IT Sales or Recruitment.
- Deep understanding of US tax terms, specifically W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Proficiency in using US job portals (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and vendor management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
Shift and Work Environment
- Work Mode: Onsite at Saket, ECIL, Hyderabad.
- Shift: Night Shift (aligned with US Eastern/Central Standard Time).
- Environment: Collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 per year (Estimated)
