Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UX Content Strategist to join our team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in user experience and content strategy, with a strong understanding of information technology principles. This role requires an onsite presence in either New York City, NY, Jersey City, NJ, or Wilmington, DE.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with user experience goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage content across various platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and style.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define content requirements and solutions.
  • Conduct content audits, gap analyses, and user research to inform content decisions.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user engagement.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Work closely with development teams to integrate content into digital products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX content strategy and information architecture.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in UX Content Strategy, Information Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the technology sector is a plus.

Location:

  • Onsite in New York City, NY, Jersey City, NJ, or Wilmington, DE.

Employment Type:

  • Long-term contract.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year
