Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary UX Designer to join our dynamic team for a critical UI modernization initiative. This role is pivotal in transforming legacy enterprise-scale applications into intuitive, user-centric digital experiences that meet the demands of the modern workforce. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from initial user research and discovery to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation support. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, user needs, and technical feasibility, ensuring that every design decision is backed by data and inclusive principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process for complex enterprise applications, focusing on modernization and scalability.
  • Conduct comprehensive user research, including stakeholder interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries to uncover deep user insights.
  • Develop detailed user personas and journey maps to visualize the current and future state of the user experience.
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and contribute to enterprise-level design systems, ensuring consistency across multiple product lines.
  • Apply WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles to ensure applications are usable by everyone.
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI-powered design tools and VIBE Coding practices to accelerate prototyping and design-to-code workflows.
  • Facilitate usability testing sessions and iterate on designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Provide clear design handoffs and implementation guidance to engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Proven experience in the full UX design lifecycle within an enterprise environment.
  • Expertise in wireframing and interactive prototyping using industry-standard tools, specifically Figma.
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience in UI modernization projects, specifically transitioning legacy systems to modern frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of WCAG guidelines and usability heuristics.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven design ideation and optimization tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to work on high-impact projects that redefine how enterprise users interact with technology. You will be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, accessibility, and the integration of AI in the design process. We offer a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued, and you have the autonomy to drive the UX strategy for major digital transformations. If you are passionate about creating seamless user experiences and thrive on solving complex design challenges, we want to hear from you.
