About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Engineer specializing in building user-facing features and scalable applications. This role involves leveraging technologies such as Vue.js, Vuex/Pinia, JavaScript (ES6), and Laravel (PHP) to create intuitive interfaces, develop reusable components, and modernize legacy products. The ideal candidate will champion a user-centric approach throughout the organization, effectively communicating the value and principles of user-centered design, including web accessibility, site performance, and UX best practices. Collaboration with development teams, participation in code reviews, and clear communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences are key aspects of this position. A strong emphasis will be placed on code quality, performance, and delivering reliable solutions that align with business needs. Experience with public and private clouds, including Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG) and Amazon Web Services (AWS), is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-facing features and scalable applications using Vue.js, Vuex/Pinia, JavaScript (ES6), and Laravel (PHP).
- Create intuitive interfaces and reusable components.
- Modernize legacy products with modern technologies.
- Advocate for user focus across the organization and communicate the value and principles of user-centered design.
- Ensure adherence to web accessibility standards, site performance best practices, and overall UX best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong focus on code quality, performance, and delivering reliable solutions.
- Align technical solutions with business needs and objectives.
- Work with public and private clouds such as Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
