Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Voice Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our voice communication systems. This role involves working with various voice technologies, including Nice Contact Center, SIP trunking, and MS Teams Voice solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional technology teams.
  • Experience with Nice Contact Center solutions, including IVR scripting, ACD, Call Recording, and Workforce Mgmt.
  • Experience with Voice networking, routing, SIP trunking and connectivity to other solutions and carrier services via Session Border Controllers such as Oracle or like SBC.
  • Implement and manage MS Teams Voice solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate voice systems with other infrastructure components.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in voice engineering.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Nice Contact Center solutions (IVR scripting, ACD, Call Recording, Workforce Mgmt).
  • Strong understanding of Voice networking, routing, and SIP trunking.
  • Experience with Session Border Controllers (e.g., Oracle SBC).
  • Experience with MS Teams Voice solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Miami, FL
