Job Title: Voice Infrastructure Support Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Voice Infrastructure Support Engineer with advanced knowledge of core Cisco voice infrastructure and the Calabrio Contact Center platform. This role involves comprehensive administration of call recording systems, quality management configuration, workforce management scheduling and forecasting, and performance analytics and reporting.
- Core Cisco Voice Infrastructure: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Cisco voice technologies.
- Calabrio Contact Center Platform: Advanced administration, including call recording system administration, quality management configuration, workforce management scheduling and forecasting, and performance analytics and reporting.
- Cisco Softphone: Expertise in implementation and troubleshooting of Cisco softphones.
- Finesse: Proficiency in Finesse call queue configuration and routing strategies, including managing multi-skill routing and agent assignments.
- ATT Portal Services: Ability to configure and maintain ATT portal services.
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX): Advanced expertise in UCCX administration and scripting.
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM): Proven experience with CUCM administration.
- IVR Systems: Basic understanding of IVR software and automated messaging systems.
- Cisco Finesse Desktop: Strong proficiency in Finesse desktop configuration and queue management.
- BVOIP, POTS, and PRI Lines: Demonstrated ability to manage these voice line types.
This is an onsite position located in Port Huron, MI. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in voice infrastructure and contact center technologies, with a proven ability to manage and optimize these systems.
