Job Summary:
DMS Vision Inc. is seeking a WellView Analyst II for an onsite role in Spring, Texas. This is a contract position for approximately 6+ months, requiring candidates to be local to the Houston, TX area. The role supports the Well Construction and Operations (WCO) capability team, focusing on the WellView application for well planning, design, and operations. The successful candidate will gather requirements, execute and deploy new functionality, and provide operational support including troubleshooting, testing, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Responsibilities:
- Foundational knowledge of the Wellview Application and its associated Data Model/Database.
- Perform administrative functions of the WellView application, including UDL & Picklist Management, Data Loaders, Queries, Profiles/Profile Management (including Access Management), Batch reports (development, troubleshooting, improvement), and basic technical troubleshooting of end-user applications and server/database resources.
- Manage audit rules and develop new data audits using a data auditing product (e.g., Spotlight, WLR, Peloton Allez auditor).
- Utilize SQL/T-SQL for query writing and data management, including data analysis, mass data updates, data recovery, and data handover for divestments/acquisitions.
- Apply Microsoft Azure knowledge (Infrastructure as a Service, monitoring, deployment pipelines, troubleshooting) relevant to a DevOps Engineer role.
Qualifications:
- Foundational knowledge of the Wellview Application and its associated Data Model/Database.
- Experience with administrative functions of WellView (UDL & Picklist Management, Data Loaders, Queries, Profiles/Profile Management, Batch reports).
- Proficiency in SQL/T-SQL for query writing and data management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, monitoring, deployment pipelines, troubleshooting).
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and vendor representatives.
- Familiarity with EMIT tools and processes (S&C, software packaging).
Required Skills:
- WellView Application knowledge.
- SQL/T-SQL knowledge.
- Microsoft Azure knowledge.
