Job Description:
We are seeking a Windchill Developer with strong technical expertise to design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the PTC Windchill PLM environment. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Core Java and Windchill customization, along with the ability to work in an Agile/SAFe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements in Windchill PLM
- Translate user requirements into technical designs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, guiding team members when needed
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives
- Follow SAFe Agile framework to deliver Program Increment (PI) objectives
- Stay updated with Windchill PLM enhancements and best practices
- Recommend process improvements
- Assist in training team members on new features and functionalities
- Collaborate during: Story refinement, Technical design discussions, Effort estimation
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Windchill Developer
- Hands-on expertise in: PTC Windchill PLM, Core Java
- Experience with: Windchill customization and configuration, EIS PLM (Enterprise Information Systems Product Lifecycle Management).
