Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Workday Administrator to join our dynamic team in Brenham, Texas, in a hybrid capacity. This role is critical for supporting and enhancing our HR and Finance operations through the expert management of the Workday platform. As a Workday Admin, you will be responsible for the end-to-end optimization of Workday HCM and Financials, ensuring that our systems are not only functional but also driving strategic value for the organization. You will work at the intersection of technology and business, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver a seamless user experience and actionable data insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Workday HCM and Financials modules to support organizational growth.
  • Ensure data integrity across all HR and Finance systems through regular audits and validation.
  • Streamline and configure complex business processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to identify system requirements and drive enhancements.
  • Lead reporting and analytics efforts, creating custom reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Support semi-annual Workday upgrades, including feature testing and implementation.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain high system availability.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users across the organization to increase system adoption.
  • Configure and maintain Workday security groups and permissions to ensure data privacy.
  • Manage Workday integrations and EIBs to facilitate data flow between internal and external systems.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-4 years of dedicated experience in Workday administration (HCM and/or Financials).
  • Strong foundational understanding of core HR and finance business processes.
  • Proven experience with Workday configuration, reporting, workflows, and integrations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset focused on continuous process improvement and system optimization.
  • Experience managing Workday security and compliance standards.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $110,000 – $155,000 per year (Estimated)
