  • Proficiency in BPMN and process mapping tools like Visio or LucidChart.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and creating user stories.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and translate it into system requirements.
  • Knowledge of P2P, CapEx, and OpEx workflows is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

In this 12-month remote engagement, you will serve as the primary architect for Workday Finance solutions, ensuring that the platform is perfectly aligned with the organization’s strategic financial goals. Your day-to-day activities will involve deep-diving into complex business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing robust technical solutions within the Workday ecosystem. You will be expected to lead the creation of product roadmaps that not only address current needs but also anticipate future growth and technological shifts. A significant portion of your role will involve documentation; you will use BPMN standards to map out intricate workflows, ensuring that every stakeholder has a clear understanding of the system’s logic. You will write detailed business and technical requirements that serve as the blueprint for our engineering teams.
