Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Consultant with extensive experience in Integrations and Reporting/Analytics, and broad exposure across core HCM modules. This role involves partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT to design scalable solutions and deliver high-quality integrations and reports. The position requires a hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
- Build complex inbound and outbound integrations involving HR, Payroll, and Finance data.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors using Integration Event Logs, Integration Monitor, and Workday Studio logs.
- Document integration designs, technical specifications, and runbooks for operational support.
- Collaborate with business teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and secure data exchange.
- Support and implement new use cases in WD PRISM.
- Develop Workday reports and analytics, including advanced, matrix, and composite reports.
- Provide expert-level technical application support by troubleshooting, resolving, and/or escalating issues as needed.
- Debug configurations in Benefits, Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5+ years of Workday experience with hands-on Integrations and Reporting.
- Proven delivery using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, WWS (SOAP/REST), XSLT, XML, JSON, calculated fields, and security.
- Broad functional exposure to Core HCM and at least four of the following modules: Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Learning, Benefits, Payroll.
- Experience building matrix, advance, trending, and composite reports.
- Exposure to dashboards and discovery boards is a plus.
- Strong SQL or data querying concepts; comfort with data transformation and mapping.
- Exposure to PRISM and Extend is preferred but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools like Azure Data Factory or Microsoft Fabric platform is a plus.
- Familiarity with Azure Entra Identity and Access Management is a plus.
Location & Contract Details:
- Location: New York City, NY (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
- Contract Duration: 12+ Months (Contract to Hire)
- Pay Rate: $65-$70/hr. on C2C
