Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Engineer with at least 15 years of overall HRIS/enterprise application experience, including 8-10 years of deep, hands-on Workday configuration and administration experience across both HCM and Financials. The role requires proven experience supporting Workday in post-go-live/production environments (AMS or managed services) and a strong background in enterprise-scale Workday environments with active integrations, reporting, and business process complexity. Experience must be from real-world implementations and production support, not limited to training or certification-based exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and administer Workday HCM and Financials modules.
- Support Workday in production environments, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operation.
- Manage and maintain integrations within the Workday ecosystem.
- Develop and optimize Workday reports to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex business process issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday platform.
- Participate in Workday upgrades and enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- 14+ years of overall HRIS / enterprise application experience.
- 8-10 years of deep, hands-on Workday configuration and administration experience across HCM and Financials.
- Proven experience supporting Workday in post-go-live / production environments (AMS or managed services).
- Strong background in enterprise-scale Workday environments with active integrations, reporting, and business process complexity.
- Experience must be from real-world implementations and production support – not limited to training or certification-based exposure.
- Deep expertise in Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Absence.
Work Environment:
- Location: Manhattan, NY
- Work Mode: 3 days from the Office.
- Job Type: Contract
- Duration: 6 months, subject to extension.
- Compensation: Preferred C2C. Exceptions to be discussed.
Interview Process:
- Recruitment Prescreening: 20 minutes intro videocall.
- Trianz Technical: 30-45 minutes video call.
- Customer Call: 45-60 minutes video call.
