Role Overview: Workday Recruiting Consultant

We are seeking a highly specialized Workday Recruiting Consultant to join our team for a critical onsite engagement in Schaumburg, IL. This role is focused on the end-to-end optimization of the Workday Recruiting module, specifically targeting the integration of advanced talent acquisition tools. As the primary consultant for this project, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between standard Workday functionality and the specific business needs of a global enterprise client, TCS.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Scope

  • Lead the configuration and deployment of Workday Recruiting enhancements, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies.
  • Execute complex integrations with third-party platforms, specifically Hired Score and Paradox, to streamline the candidate experience and recruiter efficiency.
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with HR stakeholders to translate recruitment workflows into technical Workday specifications.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Workday updates, including testing, validation, and post-production support for the Recruiting and HMS domains.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards within Workday to provide real-time visibility into recruitment metrics and integration health.
  • Troubleshoot integration errors between Workday and Paradox/Hired Score, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices to minimize technical debt and maximize the ROI of the recruitment technology stack.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience within the Workday ecosystem, with a heavy emphasis on the Recruiting module. You must demonstrate a proven track record of successfully integrating AI-driven recruitment tools like Paradox and Hired Score. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working directly with executive leadership and technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions. This position requires a physical presence at our Schaumburg, IL facility to facilitate close collaboration with the project team and client stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where precision and speed are paramount.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $140,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
