About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Integration Developer to independently drive and deliver technical solutions specializing in Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits functions. The ideal candidate will directly engage with clients to proactively resolve issues, seamlessly manage cross-functional dependencies, and guarantee business readiness through expert-level execution and continuous enhancement development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently develop and deliver complete development activities and continuous system enhancements.
  • Handle customer interactions directly, providing proactive technical and functional issue resolution.
  • Articulate and manage cross-functional dependencies, ensuring business readiness and quality execution.
  • Perform and oversee complex Workday Payroll Configurations.

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll Configuration and End-to-End Implementations.
  • Extensive background in United States (US) Payroll Processing experience.
  • Proficient and comprehensive knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) Business Processes.

Desirable Skills:

  • Prior experience working within United Services Automobile Association (USAA) environments.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $50 – $60 per year
