Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer with strong expertise in Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits functions, ideally with prior USAA experience. The candidate will independently develop and deliver integration solutions, handle customers directly, and proactively resolve issues. This role requires end-to-end Workday Payroll configuration experience, cross-functional collaboration, and a solid understanding of HR business processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in Workday Integration Development
- Strong experience in Workday Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits configuration
- Prior USAA experience preferred
- Proficient knowledge of HR business processes and Workday HCM modules
- Experience with Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and Workday Integration Cloud
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
