Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for a Workday Integration Senior Developer (Must be Workday Certified) position in Culver City, CA (Onsite Local candidates preferred). The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, SSK, XSLT 3.0, and Workday Studio. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Workday dashboards, apps, reports, and integrations, as well as designing and developing complex reports required for integrations and ensuring thorough testing and support.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues in Workday integrations, collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements across finance, accounting, payroll, and legal, and contributing to the data and analytics strategy for HR systems. You will also integrate Workday with vendor systems and external technologies, and participate in knowledge transfer sessions and documentation. Support for new features, workflows, and product enhancements is also expected.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of Workday Integration experience (APIs, EIB, PECI, PICOF, Studio, Core Connector, etc.)
- 5+ years of Workday Financials implementation / integration experience
- 3+ years in a lead role managing integration projects
- Strong knowledge of Workday functional modules preferred
- Workday Certification required (Integration / Studio / CCTPP preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $85 per year (Estimated)
