Job Title: Workday Integration Senior Developer (Workday Certified)
We are looking for a highly skilled and Workday Certified Integration Senior Developer to join our team. This role is crucial for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with various Workday integration tools and a strong understanding of HR data and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations.
- Work with EIB, Core Connector, SSK, XSLT 3.0, and Workday Studio.
- Develop and maintain Workday dashboards, applications, reports, and integrations.
- Design and develop complex reports required for integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations.
- Integrate Workday with other enterprise systems and vendor technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, accounting, payroll, and legal teams.
- Contribute to HR data and analytics strategy.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and documentation sessions.
- Support new feature development and workflows for the Workday product team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Workday Certifications required: Integration Core, CCTPP, Workday Studio.
- 7+ years of experience with Workday integrations including: APIs, EIB, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, Core Connector for Worker.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday Financials implementation and integration.
- 3+ years of experience in a lead role managing integration projects.
- Strong understanding of Workday functional modules (preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Notes:
- Local candidates highly preferred.
- Workday Certification is mandatory.
