Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Senior Developer for a contract position in Culver City, CA. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday integrations using various tools including EIB, Core Connector, SSK, XSLT 3.0, and Workday Studio. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining Workday dashboards, apps, reports, and integrations, as well as troubleshooting and resolving integration issues. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to define business requirements and address pain points across finance, accounting, payroll, and legal departments. The ideal candidate will contribute to the data and analytics strategy for human resources and integrate Workday with other technologies and vendor systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, SSK, XSLT 3.0, and Workday Studio.
- Develop and maintain Workday dashboards, applications, reports, and integrations.
- Design and develop complex reports required for integrations, ensuring thorough testing and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Workday integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and address pain points across finance, accounting, payroll, and legal.
- Contribute to and execute data and analytics strategy for human resources.
- Integrate Workday with other technologies and vendor systems.
- Participate in knowledge capture sessions and help build delivery collateral.
- Contribute functional expertise to the Workday product team by adding new features and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Workday Integration Developer.
- Proficiency in Workday integration tools: EIB, Core Connector, SSK, XSLT 3.0, and Workday Studio.
- Experience in designing and developing complex Workday reports and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Workday’s data and analytics capabilities.
- Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience working with finance, accounting, payroll, and legal departments is a plus.
