Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and certified Workday Integration Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is fully remote and requires a candidate with extensive experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday integrations. The ideal candidate must be Workday certified in Integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, SSK, XSLT 3.0, and Workday Studio.
- Ensure all integrations adhere to Workday best practices and standards.
- Develop and maintain Workday dashboards, applications, reports, and other integration components.
- Design and develop complex reports required for integrations, ensuring thorough testing and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations, providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and Legal departments to define business requirements and address pain points.
- Contribute to and execute the data and analytics strategy for human resources.
- Integrate Workday with other technologies and vendor systems as required.
- Participate in knowledge capture sessions and assist in building delivery collateral.
- Contribute functional expertise to the Workday product team by adding new features and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with Workday integrations, including APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and Core Connector for Worker.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Financials implementation and integration.
- Minimum of 3 years in a lead role managing integration projects.
- Must be Workday Certified in Integration Core, CCTPP, and Studio.
- Sound understanding of one or more functional modules in Workday is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
