Skills:
- 5+ years of Workday Integration experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors mandatory)
- Workday Payroll, PICOF, PECI knowledge required
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Benefits, and Absence business processes
- Experience with Workday Extend or REST API-based extensions preferred
- Workday Advanced/Composite/BIRT reporting expertise required
- Strong communication skills able to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Workday Certification in Integrations or Studio preferred
