Job Description: Workday Sr Consultant (PATT Payroll and Absence)
We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Sr Consultant with expertise in Payroll and Absence Management to join our team. This is a remote position requiring a strong understanding of Workday configurations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of the Payroll and Absence workstreams within Workday projects.
- Drive the strategy for payroll testing and parallel run planning to ensure smooth transitions and accurate data.
- Own and manage reconciliation discussions, working to resolve payroll variances effectively.
- Coordinate and validate payroll outputs with the integration team to ensure data integrity.
- Support go-live activities and provide stabilization support post-implementation.
Must-Have Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration.
- Strong experience in Workday Absence and Leave of Absence (LOA) configuration.
- Proven experience supporting payroll testing cycles.
- Experience supporting at least one full payroll parallel run.
- Experience leading Payroll and Absence workstreams in a Workday program.
- Strong experience in payroll variance analysis and resolution.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level payroll environments.
Mandatory Certifications:
- Workday Payroll Certification
- Workday Absence Management Certification
