Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Techno-Functional Implementation Consultant to join our team in Mountain View, CA. This critical role requires a unique blend of deep functional expertise in Workday business processes and the technical proficiency necessary to build, configure, and integrate complex solutions within the Workday ecosystem. As a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will be responsible for the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring that system designs align perfectly with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and configuration of Workday functional areas, specifically focusing on Core HR, Benefits, and Payroll modules.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and effective system designs.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using proprietary tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
- Configure business processes, security groups, and custom reports to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system integrity across the enterprise.
- Provide expert guidance during the implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post-production support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance Workday functionality.
Technical Requirements
- Extensive experience with Workday’s proprietary technologies, including Workday Studio and Calculated Fields.
- Proven track record of successful Workday implementations in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and the ability to configure them within the Workday platform.
- Experience with XML, XSLT, and Web Services (SOAP, REST).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, local-only hybrid environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $195,000 per year
