  • Execute rigorous system testing, including the creation of test cases, Unit Testing, and support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Stay abreast of semi-annual Workday releases, evaluating new features and recommending process improvements to enhance system efficiency.
  • Act as a functional lead, providing status updates to the PMO and mentoring junior team members to ensure project milestones are met.

Technical Requirements and Qualifications

  • Mandatory Workday Time Tracking Certification (Active or Inactive status accepted).
  • Minimum of 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience specifically within the Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of the Workday Business Process Framework, Object Model, and Report Writer.
  • Proven track record of successful Workday implementations or migrations from legacy systems like ADP.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex configuration issues and data discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Project Environment

This project offers a unique opportunity to work on a global scale, impacting employees across several countries. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to modernizing HR technology.
