Role Overview
A WPF .NET Lead is a software professional responsible for leading a team in the design, development, and maintenance of Windows desktop applications using the Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) framework within the .NET ecosystem. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and participates in overall system architecture development (full Stack).
- Must be able to direct and support the work of other developers.
- Must be hands-on and be able to write high-quality reusable code and be able to debug and diagnose any issue.
- Manages and is accountable for deliverables.
- Solves complex programming problems, developing new techniques.
- Must be able to participate in meetings and recommend and assist with business changes.
Essential Skills and Experience
- .NET WPF
- .NET C#
- SQL Server
- SQLite
- MVVM Light ToolKit
- Syncfusion Controls
- RabbitMQ
- Utility Company domain experience
- Experience in testing the code that is written.
Special Requirements
Remote, Managerial work required, Genuine visa and LinkedIn required
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
