Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Zendesk Architect to conduct a detailed audit and assessment of current Zendesk configurations and workflows. The ideal candidate will assess readiness for Zendesk AI capabilities, develop insights, and create plans to optimize architecture, performance, and utilization. This role also involves significant stakeholder engagement, acting as a solutions lead to ensure transparency and alignment on technical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Conduct detailed audits and assessments of current Zendesk configurations and workflows.
  • Assess the readiness of the current configuration for the implementation of Zendesk AI capabilities.
  • Develop insights, recommendations, and strategic plans to optimize Zendesk architecture, performance, utilization, and resulting data outputs.
  • Customer Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary solutions lead for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on all technical recommendations.
  • Clearly communicate findings, strategic insights, and project progress to stakeholders.
  • Strategic Focus: Concentrate on high-level strategy, architecture design, and effective stakeholder engagement to drive successful outcomes.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Zendesk Architect or in a similar senior technical role.
  • Deep understanding of Zendesk platform capabilities, including administration, configuration, and best practices.
  • Experience with assessing and planning for AI integrations within customer support platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting related to customer support metrics.

Additional Information:

  • This is a contract position located in Philadelphia, PA, requiring onsite work.
