Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Zscaler Administrator to manage and support our Zscaler infrastructure. This role involves providing L2 support for Zscaler products, troubleshooting network and security issues, and ensuring the effective implementation of security policies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ZPA, ZIA, and ZIP functionalities, as well as a strong understanding of firewalls and Zero Trust Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Zscaler infrastructure, including ZPA, ZIA, and ZIP.
- Provide L2 administrative support for Zscaler products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and security-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective security solutions.
- Ensure security policies and configurations are implemented and maintained according to best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and generate reports for Zscaler systems.
- Experience working on App Connectors.
- Working knowledge of Firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint), Network Segmentation, and Zero Trust Framework.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Zscaler products and services.
- Hands-on experience in L2 Admin support.
- Knowledge of ZPA, ZIA, and ZIP functionalities.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Additional Information:
This is a 6-12+ Months Contract-to-Hire position located onsite in Chicago, IL. We are looking for candidates who can contribute to our dynamic IT security team.
