Role Description:
Primary Skills: Experience on the Zscaler Platform. Demonstrated Experience on the deployment of Zscaler Capabilities including (OCR, EDM, IDM, eDLP, ZWA and Policy development). Demonstrated Experience in the operationalization of the platform including SOPs, Triage and Incident remediation.
Secondary Skills: Strong communication skills. Experience in the use case development lifecycle, experience with project work and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage Zscaler capabilities including OCR, EDM, IDM, eDLP, and ZWA.
- Develop and implement Zscaler policies.
- Operationalize the Zscaler platform, including creating SOPs, triaging issues, and performing incident remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective security posture.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding Zscaler platform status and security incidents.
- Support the use case development lifecycle and project delivery.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with the Zscaler Platform.
- Proven experience in deploying Zscaler capabilities (OCR, EDM, IDM, eDLP, ZWA).
- Demonstrated experience in policy development within Zscaler.
- Experience in operationalizing security platforms, including SOPs, triage, and incident remediation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with use case development and project delivery.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in cloud security services.
- Incident management expertise.
- Familiarity with related security technologies.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
