Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Energy & Utility Cloud and Experience Cloud to design and deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards. This role involves partnering with business and technical teams to translate requirements into high-performing Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Energy & Utility Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
- Define system architecture, data models, security, and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Lead and govern development, integrations, releases, and environment strategy.
- Guide developers on Apex, Lightning, Flows, and Salesforce best practices.
- Ensure performance, scalability, compliance, and security of solutions.
- Maintain architecture documentation and mentor delivery teams.
- Support project planning, estimation, and the solution delivery lifecycle.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep Salesforce expertise, particularly in Energy & Utility Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flows, and API integration.
- Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica.
- Experience with CI/CD and release management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3-5 years in architecture or technical leadership.
- Proven success in delivering complex, integrated enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to manage high-complexity, multi-integration projects.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce CTA (preferred)
- Application Architect or System Architect
- Integration Architecture Designer
- Platform Developer I/II
Requirements:
- Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Employer will not sponsor visas now or in the future.
- Local candidates only.
- Candidate will be required to come to the office 3 days a week.
- Onsite interview required.
