About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Contact Center & AI Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is primarily remote, with the expectation of travel to Atlanta, GA, for client engagements. You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture, design, and successful delivery of cutting-edge Dynamics 365 Contact Center solutions, including Omnichannel for Customer Service, Voice, and Chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture, design, and delivery of Dynamics 365 Contact Center solutions (Omnichannel, Voice, Chat).
- Lead client engagements from pre-sales through implementation, including conducting workshops, delivering compelling demos, and developing strategic solution roadmaps.
- Design and integrate advanced Conversational AI experiences using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and other leading conversational AI platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to gather comprehensive business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable, maintainable, and robust solutions.
- Develop and optimize multi-turn, intent-driven conversational flows utilizing both Microsoft and third-party Natural Language Understanding (NLU) platforms.
- Gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art Generative AI models such as GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, Copilot, or custom generative architectures.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed solutions by leveraging Azure, Power Platform, and Cognitive Services.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on AI strategy, customer experience enhancement, and contact center modernization initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience with CCaaS/Contact Center ACD/IVR and digital platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in Conversational AI, NLP, and intent modeling.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing IVR, chatbot, and voice assistant solutions.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 Contact Center with Azure AI services, MS Teams, Power Platform, and third-party NLU tools is highly preferred.
- 8+ years of programming experience in C#, TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud-native architectures and Azure DevOps.
- Strong background in pre and post-sales activities, solutioning, and technical leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center, including Omnichannel for Customer Service, Unified Routing, and Voice Channel.
- Preferred Microsoft certifications such as: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate.
- Knowledge of Nuance Mix, Amazon Lex, or Google Dialogflow is a plus.
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
