Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Cognos TM1 Developer with Finance (Wealth Management) experience for a 12-month contract role. The resource will be responsible for developing Finance Reports from scratch, performing independent data discovery to identify the right data elements in TM1, and creating Reporting Data based on TM1 Cubes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics, a strong understanding of the Finance domain and wealth management, and a solid grasp of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Finance Reports from scratch.
- Perform independent data discovery to identify the right data elements in TM1.
- Create Reporting Data based on TM1 Cubes, demonstrating good data wrangling skills.
- Develop objects in TM1/Planning Analytics including cubes, rules, dimensions, MDX expressions, and Turbo Integrator processes.
- Work with DW BI areas of Corporate Performance Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analytics.
- Provide technical development, client training, and project management.
- Consult within financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Skills Required:
- Relevant working experience in IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics.
- Experience in Finance Domain and Wealth Management.
- Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions and related processes.
- Must have 8 years of experience in DW BI areas of Corporate Performance Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analytics.
- Solid experience with IBM Cognos TM1 Technology architecture.
- Previous experience in technical development, client training, and project management is a must.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in all the below: TM1 Architect, TM1 Web, Python.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $85 per year (Estimated)
