Role: ServiceNow Enterprise Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to join our team. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, custom application architecture, and best practices for delivering complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and strategy for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and implement solutions for ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and others as needed.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the ServiceNow environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage expectations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and runbooks.
- Stay current with new ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends.
- Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
Mandatory Certifications:
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect or Senior Solution Architect.
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionality, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and custom application development.
- Proficient in Solution Design and custom application architecture.
- Strong understanding of Workspace and UI Builder.
- Well-versed in Portal design and development.
- Highly experienced with ServiceNow Platform functionality.
- Experienced with ServiceNow SDLC and upgrade mechanisms.
- Demonstrated experience delivering multiple projects as an Architect.
- Good hands-on capabilities in ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with occasional travel.
