Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced S/4 HANA SME (Subject Matter Expert) to facilitate RAPID Discovery and strategic roadmap delivery for business processes. This role requires prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically with S/4 HANA and RISE implementations. The position is located in Houston, TX.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience with Oil & Gas industry.
- Expertise in S/4 HANA.
- Experience with RISE.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate RAPID Discovery sessions to understand client business needs.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for S/4 HANA implementations.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP PRA/JVA functionalities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP S/4 HANA consultant.
- Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, particularly upstream operations.
- Experience with SAP RISE implementation methodology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 15 years of experience required.
