Role #1: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid Onsite)

Role Overview:

The Technology Analyst will perform business, data, system and technical analysis to translate complex requirements into actionable technology solutions. The role involves assessing existing systems and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficient solutions aligned with enterprise objectives. Collaboration with business and technology teams is essential to ensure accuracy, consistency and the successful implementation of business, system and process enhancements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with business, compliance and technology stakeholders to analyze requirements, document processes and deliver scalable solutions that align with enterprise goals and regulatory standards
  • Lead the documentation and enhancement of business and system processes, ensuring data accuracy, operational consistency and compliance through effective data analysis and mapping
  • Drive Agile delivery and execution by managing user stories, sprint activities, and priorities through JIRA and Confluence, ensuring transparent, on-time and high-quality outcomes
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for automation, configuration, workflow optimization and technology integration, leveraging data and analytics to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Influence technology strategies by providing actionable insights, supporting solution validation, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with business stakeholders and technology partners to deliver and enhance new/existing capabilities.
  • Document and maintain technical artifacts to ensure up-to-date records of application states and system configurations.
  • Quickly learn and apply new technologies while staying current with the latest Salesforce features, best practices and emerging technologies to enhance business solutions and system capabilities.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, work closely with colleagues to drive innovation and achieve business goals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business, data, system and/or technical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical insights to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and propose practical, efficient solutions.
  • Proven ability to perform business, systems, and technical analysis, with a strong understanding of end-to-end workflows, integrations and process dependencies.
  • Demonstrated success working in Agile environments, using JIRA and Confluence for sprint planning, backlog tracking, and documentation.
  • Strong sense of ownership, organization, and accountability with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and data analysis to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Experience in Salesforce or CRM platforms with knowledge of configuration, data structures, workflows and reporting capabilities.
  • Optional but highly preferred Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.

Role #2: React Developer

Locations: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Need a profile from Banking/ Financial Domain.

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3-4 Days every week. Local or candidates from adjacent states only.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively work with the PMO, Development, Product Management, Business and Technical Operations, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure, Networks and Architecture teams.
  • Design and develop frontend JavaScript and React based application.
  • Performs new development maintenance fixes and enhancements to meet business requirements.
  • Draft and review architectural diagrams specifications business requirements as well as various design documents.
  • Work with our existing technology stack Java, C++, Linux/Unix, Open-Source Platforms and SOA as well as new technologies for our next generation solutions.
  • Document technical requirements program and subsystem designs, resolutions to system issues, project task descriptions, effort estimates, and unit & integration tests.

Requirements:

  • Total 6 years of Web UI development experience.
  • At least 3 to 5 years in web development in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REACT, TypeScript.
  • A solid understanding of responsive design, development and mobile web best practices
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
  • Practical experience working within the Scrum Framework and Agile methodologies.
  • Must possess strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to occasionally wander into other areas e.g., backend DevOps other teams codebase and ship end-to-end solutions.
  • Desire to learn grow and make things better than you found it.
  • Self-motivated highly organized team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, UI development.

Salary Transparency: The expected pay range for this role is $55.00 – $60.00/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
