Key Responsibilities

  • AI Strategy & Leadership Collaboration
    • Work closely with C-level leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and intelligence.
    • Analyze business workflows across departments such as HR, Finance, Operations, and Retail functions.
    • Define the AI agent roadmap and implementation strategy for the organization.
  • Agentic AI Development
    • Design, develop, and deploy Anthropic Claude-based agentic AI solutions.
    • Build the first generation of internal AI agents capable of supporting enterprise workflows.
    • Implement intelligent agents that interact with internal systems and automate decision-making processes.
  • Techno-Functional Consulting
    • Translate business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions.
    • Provide recommendations on agent capabilities, architecture, and deployment strategies.
    • Work directly with leadership teams to determine which AI agents should be developed across different functions.
  • Mentorship & Center of Excellence
    • Act as the go-to SME for Anthropic Claude agentic technologies within the organization.
    • Guide and mentor internal engineering teams on agentic architecture and best practices.
    • Support the establishment of an Agentic AI Center of Excellence (CoE) within the organization.
  • Deployment & Continuous Improvement
    • Assist teams during development, testing, deployment, and iteration of AI agents.
    • Provide ongoing support and oversight for agent performance and improvements.
    • Continuously identify opportunities to expand AI capabilities across business units.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong hands-on experience building AI agents using Anthropic Claude.
    • Experience designing agentic workflows, autonomous AI systems, or multi-agent architectures.
    • Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems and APIs.
    • Understanding of LLM-based application development and orchestration frameworks.
  • AI & Engineering Experience
    • 45+ years of experience in AI engineering, agentic AI development, or conversational AI platforms.
    • Hands-on experience building Claude-based automation or agentic systems is mandatory.
    • Strong experience in AI solution architecture, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
  • Techno-Functional Capabilities
    • Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into AI solutions.
    • Experience collaborating with business leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills for workflow discovery and process optimization.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $80 – $110 per year (Estimated)
