Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Risk Analyst with a strong background in financial risk modeling and proficiency in Python and PySpark. This is a long-term contract position located onsite in New York City, NY.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial risk modeling and analysis.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Utilize Python and PySpark for data analysis and modeling.
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations on risk assessment findings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant role.
- Good Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
- Good proficiency in Financial Risk modeling.
- Good proficiency in SQL.
- Strong financial background.
