Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade agentic and intelligent automation solutions. The role focuses on defining scalable, secure architecture patterns and guiding delivery teams from proof-of-concept through production.

Responsibilities

  • Architecting end-to-end intelligent automation solutions that incorporate agent-driven, multi-step workflows (autonomous or human-in-the-loop).
  • Designing orchestration, approvals, exception handling, auditability, and integration with RPA bots, workflow platforms, APIs, enterprise applications, and data services.
  • Establishing practical patterns for selecting the right automation approach (agent vs. traditional automation vs. rules/workflow) while balancing risk, cost, and time-to-value.
  • Creating clear architecture artifacts such as diagrams, integration patterns, non-functional requirements, and implementation guidance.
  • Implementing evaluation and observability practices for LLM/agent solutions, including testing, monitoring, and prompt/version management.
  • Supporting an Automation or AI Center of Excellence by defining standards, intake processes, governance, and reusable components.
  • Working with emerging agent interoperability and context-management patterns (e.g., MCP) and designing multi-agent workflows/orchestrations.
  • Leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders and producing strong documentation.

Required Competencies

  • AI Agents experience – 8+ years of experience required.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
