Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong experience integrating enterprise compliance platforms including LexisNexis, Bridger, and Firco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and integrating Java-based applications with financial crime, compliance, and data management platforms. This role requires strong experience in enterprise software development, system integration, and customization of compliance platforms to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Java Application Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications and services using Java technologies.
- Platform Integration: Integrate Java-based applications with LexisNexis products, Bridger, and Firco platforms to support compliance and financial crime monitoring systems.
- Platform Customization: Customize and configure LexisNexis, Bridger, and Firco solutions to meet business requirements related to compliance, legal operations, and data management.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technology teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- System Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to system performance, application integration, and platform functionality.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Create and maintain technical documentation related to development processes, integrations, and platform configurations.
- Continuous Platform Improvement: Stay updated with new product features, updates, and best practices related to LexisNexis, Bridger, and Firco platforms.
Required Skills
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Java application development.
- Strong experience with Core Java and object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience working with Java 8 or higher versions.
- Hands-on experience integrating applications with LexisNexis products and APIs.
- Experience working with Bridger solutions including configuration and integration.
- Experience working with Firco platforms within compliance or financial crime environments.
- Strong experience working with relational databases including MySQL.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Requirements
- Candidate must be local to New York and available for face-to-face interviews.
- Candidate must be willing to work onsite three days per week.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
