Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to design and oversee the implementation of complex IT solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, modeling, and the ability to lead architectural initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure IT solutions.
  • Define architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Lead the design of data architecture, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration strategies.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance the enterprise architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT departments to understand requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Ensure that architectural solutions comply with industry regulations and security policies.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the lifecycle of architectural components.

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect.
  • Strong expertise in Data Architecture and Modeling.
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex IT solutions.
  • Deep understanding of various architectural patterns and frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Owings Mills, MD
