Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with a strong background in the financial domain, specifically for banking operations. This role requires extensive experience in Org Migration and Data Migration. The ideal candidate will be local to Atlanta, GA, and comfortable with an onsite work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for banking clients.
- Oversee and execute complex Org Migration and Data Migration projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture, development, and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce configurations and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.
- Focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Demonstrated experience with Org Migration and Data Migration strategies and execution.
- Strong background in the banking and financial services domain.
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce data models and security models.
- Experience with various Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud).
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
