Job Title: Sr Gen AI Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Generative AI Architect for an onsite position in New Jersey. This role is specifically for W2 consultants and requires a minimum of 15 years of experience. USC or GC holders are preferred, and local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Generative AI solutions.
  • Develop and implement advanced AI models and algorithms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
  • Leverage AWS services and tools for AI development and deployment.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Contribute to the development of AI strategy and roadmap.
  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to build robust AI pipelines.
  • Evaluate and integrate third-party AI technologies and platforms.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT consulting.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Architect, with a focus on Generative AI.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and deep learning.
  • Expertise in Generative AI models and frameworks.
  • AWS certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with large-scale AI deployments.

Additional Requirements:

  • Employment Type: W2 only (No C2C).
  • Citizenship: USC or Green Card holders preferred.
  • Location: New Jersey (Onsite).
  • Local candidates are preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: 15+ years.
  • AWS Certified is a plus.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)
