Job Description:
We are seeking an ERP Application Support Analyst to support development and enhancement activities for ERP applications within an Agile environment. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments and maintain high-quality application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development and enhancements for ERP applications under guidance
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos)
- Track and manage user stories, tasks, and defects in JIRA
- Assist in unit/system testing and SIT/UAT support
- Perform defect triage, fixing, re-testing, and documentation
- Ensure release readiness and timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders across US/EU time zones
Required Skills:
- Experience supporting ERP applications
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for tracking tasks and defects
- Basic understanding of testing processes (Unit, SIT, UAT)
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Compensation & Location
Salary: $42 – $42 per hour
Location: Raritan, NJ
