About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced UI Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance front-end platforms. This role requires deep expertise in modern UI frameworks, enterprise architecture, and AI-driven user experiences. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping intelligent, adaptive UI systems and driving innovation across customer-facing applications.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in UI and Front-End Architecture for enterprise-scale applications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with React
- 2+ years of experience with Next.js or Remix including SSR, routing, and performance optimization
- Deep understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and modular UI design
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, accessibility, browser performance, and security best practices
- Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based UI architectures
- Experience with CI CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of Node.js for front-end platform enablement
AI Driven and Intelligent UI Skills:
- Experience working with LLMs and Generative AI services in front-end or full-stack environments
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI interaction design
- Experience building AI-aware UI systems including streaming and latency-sensitive rendering
- Ability to design intelligent, adaptive, and personalized user journeys
- Experience with AI-powered UI systems such as copilots and assistants
- Knowledge of AI governance, safety, and responsible AI practices
- Familiarity with AI analytics and telemetry for performance and user behavior tracking
Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance UI platforms
- Define and evolve front-end technical strategy and architecture standards
- Establish reusable design patterns, coding guidelines, and best practices
- Lead technical decision-making balancing innovation and long-term sustainability
- Mentor development teams on architecture and implementation best practices
- Integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities into UI platforms
- Design and implement AI-driven design systems and intelligent UI components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, ML, Product, and Engineering
- Drive system integration, define technical specifications, and document end-to-end data flows
- Ensure alignment across teams and manage dependencies for smooth project delivery
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Sitecore
- Exposure to enterprise UI design systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in large-scale consumer-facing web applications
Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $65 per year
