Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Programmer with R12.2.x on-prem experience for an ‘onsite’ assignment in Houston, TX. This role requires candidates to be local to Texas and have used EBS R12.2.x in a work environment within the past 12 months. The primary focus will be on application development, customization, and support within Oracle Finance and/or Oracle Projects modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform application development by creating, modifying, and/or extending customizations using development standards consistent with Oracle recommendations and best practices.
- Conduct impact analysis and remediate program units to adhere to functional and technical specifications.
- Create data correction and upgrade scripts.
- Collaborate with Oracle Support to find feasible and acceptable solutions.
- Provide support for Oracle Finance (AR, AP, CM, FA, GL, iSupplier) and/or Projects (Costing, Billing, Accounting) modules.
- Develop and maintain reports using BI Publisher.
- Work with Oracle Workflow Builder for process automation.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle’s recommended development standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Oracle EBS environment.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of development projects.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience programming extensions and customizations in Oracle Finance and/or Oracle Projects modules using R12.2.x is required.
- Must have experience with Oracle Projects (i.e., Project Accounting, Project Billing, and Project Cost Management) and its integrations within EBS Inventory (INV), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Fixed Assets (FA), and Accounts Payable (AP) modules.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL & BI Publisher reporting and Oracle Workflow Builder.
- 5+ years of experience with the backend table structures for Oracle eBusiness system modules is required.
- Experience in Oracle Database 19C, or a higher version, is required.
- 3+ years of programming experience in Oracle APEX and Java is required.
- Candidates must be local to TX.
- Must have used EBS R12.2.x in a work environment in the past 12-months.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience on personalizations and extensions in Oracle Applications Framework is preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle Finance and Projects modules in depth.
- Experience with Oracle Database 19C or higher.
Work Schedule:
- Onsite (only): Monday-Friday, with half days on Fridays.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
