    • Lead large-scale IAM migration efforts, including transitions from legacy CA Identity systems to SailPoint IIQ.
    • Introduce and integrate DevOps practices, GitHub-based version control, and automated deployment workflows within IAM delivery.

  • Technical Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a pod of 5 full-stack AI engineers. Translate high-level architecture into actionable tasks, assign work, and remove any technical or process-related impediments.
  • Full SDLC Oversight: Proactively manage the complete technical pipeline, including infrastructure provisioning (Azure), CICD (GitOps/Azure DevOps), security scanning, and pen testing to ensure a smooth, on-time delivery schedule.
  • High-Velocity Execution: Drive a rapid development pace, enabling the team to effectively leverage AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI) to accelerate delivery, and maintain the pace of other processes to match the rapid development.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all deliverables adhere to InfoSec policies, ethical AI principles, and industry standards for data privacy and security.

Required Qualifications (AI Pod)

  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role such as a Technical Lead, Senior Engineer, or Application Architect, with a background of hands-on development.
  • Expertise in managing agile projects, backlogs, and sprints using Jira or Azure DevOps.
