Job Description
We are looking for a Python/AWS Developer with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development and deploying applications in AWS cloud environments. The role involves working in a hybrid model with 3 days onsite (Tues/Weds/Thurs).
Must Have
- Sr. Candidates with at least 5+ years hands-on experience with Python development more in development in general.
- Proven experience developing and deploying applications in AWS cloud environments.
- Experience with AWS development and deployment services.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) in an agile environment.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with AI/ML development or integrating AI-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of financial services or performance attribution concepts.
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of data modeling and large-scale data processing.
