Job Title: Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team. This is a long-term contract position requiring onsite presence in either Oaks, PA or New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business analysts to gather requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate product-related meetings, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the wealth management sector.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding and experience in the Financial, Custodial, and Wealth Management domains.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories.

Location Details:

  • Candidates must be local to Oaks, PA or New York, NY.
  • The position requires onsite work at the specified location.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
