Role Overview:

We are building a robust Zoho CRM practice and are actively seeking experienced Zoho CRM professionals to spearhead implementations, customizations, and integrations for our enterprise clients. This is a critical role that will shape our Zoho CRM offerings and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Zoho CRM implementation projects, from discovery and design to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Configure and customize Zoho CRM to meet specific business requirements, including workflows, automation rules, custom fields, and modules.
  • Develop and implement Deluge scripts for advanced customization and automation within Zoho CRM.
  • Design and execute integrations between Zoho CRM and other third-party systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, accounting software).
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective Zoho CRM solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and best practices on Zoho CRM utilization and optimization.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to client teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of Zoho CRM and the broader Zoho ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the development of our internal Zoho CRM best practices and methodologies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4-10 years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM implementation.
  • Strong expertise in Zoho CRM configuration, including workflows, automation, and data management.
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting for custom development and automation.
  • Proven experience in integrating Zoho CRM with various third-party applications.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or system integrator environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified CRM Administrator, Zoho Certified Consultant).
  • Exposure to other products within the Zoho ecosystem, such as Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, or Zoho Creator.
  • Experience with other CRM platforms.
