About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Java Developer with a strong emphasis on Angular to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire (CTH) position with a duration of 6 to 24 months. The role requires a blend of front-end and back-end development expertise, with a primary focus on Angular for the front-end and Java with Spring Boot for the back-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user-facing features using Angular (70-80% of the role).
- Build and optimize back-end services using Java and Spring Boot (20-30% of the role).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Angular (primary focus).
- Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must have some Java experience.
Location and Employment Details:
- Location: Iselin, NJ (Local candidates or within 40 miles preferred).
- Employment Type: Contract (6-24 Months), Contract-to-Hire (CTH).
- Work Authorization: W2 Only.
- Work Schedule: Onsite 3 days per week.
- Mandatory Requirement: LinkedIn profile with a real photo is mandatory.

Salary: $75,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
