Job Overview

Incorporan is seeking a highly motivated Informatica Lead with extensive experience in ETL development and data migration. This role requires strong technical skills in Informatica, IBM DB2, and PostgreSQL, along with excellent coordination abilities to manage multiple teams and ensure successful data migration and production deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Informatica development and ETL processes.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams for data migration and production deployment.
  • Develop and manage data migration strategies for large databases (TB in size).
  • Utilize strong SQL knowledge for query writing and data manipulation.
  • Work with JDBC connections for data retrieval and integration.
  • Create workflows with parameterized inputs for efficient processing.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the migration process.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data migration.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in ETL Informatica development/lead roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IBM DB2.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with data migration of large databases (TB in size).
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams for data migration and production deployment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and complex query writing.
  • Experience working with JDBC connections.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • This is an onsite position located in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
