Job Summary
Eniac Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Project Manager for an exciting contract opportunity. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies and proven project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of leading full lifecycle implementations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead project teams for Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades.
- Act as an internal quality control check for projects, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
- Identify, analyze, and quantify assumptions, risks, and issues, developing and executing mitigation strategies.
- Plan, organize, control, and deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Ensure strong communication and client-facing interactions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee technical aspects of Oracle Cloud ERP, Finance, SCM, or other relevant modules.
- Utilize hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Perform full lifecycle implementations and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Provide regular project status updates to management and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues.
Required Skills and Experience
- 70%-80% Technical Expertise in Oracle Cloud: Strong hands-on experience required.
- 20%-30% Project Management Experience: Proven track record of managing technical projects.
- Not Functional focused; must be Technical and hands-on experienced.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, Finance, SCM, or other modules.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Ability to perform full lifecycle implementations and system upgrades.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or onsite environment.
- Experience managing and leading project teams.
- Familiarity with acting as an internal quality control check for projects.
- Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and quantifying assumptions, risks, and issues.
- Skilled in planning, organizing, controlling, and delivering projects on time and on budget.
